Metnor Construction Limited was formed in May 2002 and is one of the four divisions of Metnor Group Ltd. The company currently operates primarily, but not exclusively, in the following sectors: Student Accommodation, Care Homes, Hotels and Leisure, Data Centres, Commercial, Retail and Stadia. Our construction activities, as Principal Contractor, cover traditional contracting, design & build and partnering. The Company is based in North Tyneside and undertakes projects ranging in value from £1m to £50m.
