65 bed specialist hospital, maidstone, kent
This project comprised of a 65-bed independent hospital, with associated car parking areas and landscaping. The hospital is split across 4 wards, with each ward offering specialist health services. The hospital includes a range of associated therapy, entrance, administration and facilities management accommodation.
The hospital has been purpose built for improving mental health within a therapeutic environment, in line with the latest national specifications.
Great care has been applied to the design of the green spaces in and around this high-quality building and each ward will have direct access to outside space, either into a landscaped garden or terrace.

Work began in 2017, with the hospital opening in September 2018.
