Vicarage Road, Hertfordshire
The project scope required the complete refurbishment of all the Directors Boxes along with the construction of a new Sports Bar, corporate hospitality and supporters facilities on a new mezzanine level created under the existing stand.
The mezzanine level was created by using holorib steel decking with a pumped and screeded concrete finish supported on new structural steel columns. The contract was phased to allow Watford FC to be fully functional on match days allowing them to maintain their revenue stream and meet their football league obligations.
The project was completed in August 2007.
