Happy New Year

Well it’s back to reality at Metnor HQ and we were welcomed back with some lovely new merchandise on our desks today. We are working on our internal communications and to start the year we are promoting our chosen charity Macmillan Cancer Support.  Each pack includes a tube of smarties that, once empty will fit 28 pound coins. We have set a challenge and asked all of our lovely staff to fill their tubes by the end of the year. Each tube equates to one Macmillan nurse for one hour!!

A healthy lifestyle is important too, at our HQ we have our own Gym and personal trainer. Our New Year packs include  a Metnor water bottle; drinking water flushes toxins from your body, boosts your immune system, helps food digestion and keeps your heart healthy. We should all be aiming to drink eight glasses of water a day!

Our fundraising started early and on our last day in the office our staff raised a fantastic £89 with our Christmas Jumper day, we are looking forward to promoting more activities in 2019 to support this wonderful charity.
