Safer Together – Safety Initiative

Safer Together is Metnor Construction and Norstead’s new safety initiative.

In the coming weeks and months we will be implementing some changes into our Health and Safety practices, helping us to improve on our Health and Safety culture.

The focus and targets of the initiative is to;

• Improve buy in from our people, supply chain and clients.  Everyone!
• Ensure zero harm, everybody goes home safe
• Raise the profile of SHE (Safety, Health and Environment) in the business
• Improve accountability

Our Safety principles are the foundation in enabling us to meet these targets.

We will be implementing some improvements in the way we monitor H&S, as well as implementing new strategies to ensure we are all taking accountability for what we do and see onsite.
