Work Starts at Farnborough Aerospace Centre

Having been awarded this prestigious refurbishment project at Farnborough Aerospace Centre it is all systems go, with good progress being made. The project itself consists of a complete refurbishment to two office buildings, known as Ascent 1 and Ascent 3. Works also include a new glazed Atrium entrance to Warwick House ( Ascent 1).  Soft strip is near completion, whilst external groundworks have started in the A1 main entrance and A3 elevations, which will be the ‘Wow factor’ of the buildings once complete. First fix to level 2 is well underway, with trades such as aircon being close to complete. 

Steelworks are in the process of being manufactured, with designs having been approved for critical areas, and good headway being made in procurement. Both buildings are also being upgraded to a BREEAM rating of ‘Excellent’.
