Metnor Construction have designed and built a number of high specification office blocks for several key clients on large out-of-town business park developments and have also delivered successful projects on tight inner city infill sites. We are familiar with the various construction methods specific sites require including driven piles, structural steel framing and insitu-concrete. A number of our office projects have achieved BREEAM Very Good performance standard.
We also have extensive experience of refurbishing existing buildings or adding extensions to transform outdated and often underutilised buildings into 21st century office accommodation thereby giving them a new lease of life.
