We are looking for an ambitious and commercially focused individual Quantity Surveyor to join our Construction commercial team.
Working closely with our leadership team your role as Quantity Surveyor will be focussed on developing and nurturing sub-contractor and client relationships, directly contributing to the growth of the whole Metnor business.
With a strong technical background and experience in a commercial role within a growing construction company, our ideal candidate will have the ability to juggle multiple projects at any one time. You will be committed to knowing a project inside out and involved in the detail to resolve client and sub-contract issues swiftly. Significantly contributing to Metnor’s business growth, you will be given the freedom and responsibility to deliver at a high level and influence commercial strategy.
Metnor Construction is a specialist in its field covering traditional contracting, design & build and partnering. We provide high quality professional services for all of our clients and stakeholders. Located in both the North East, and an operational office in Maidenhead. The company currently operates primarily in the Student Accommodation, Care Homes, Hotels and Leisure, Data Centres, Commercial, Retail and Stadia sectors and undertakes projects ranging in value from £1m to £60m.
