Based in the North East, but serving clients all over the UK, innovation, efficiency and reliability remain at the heart of who we are and everything we do.  Founded in May 2002, our construction activities as Principal Contractor cover traditional contracting, design, build and partnering. We support both private and public sectors including PRS (Private Residential Schemes), Healthcare, Student Accommodation, Hotel and Leisure and Commercial.  With over 80 employees, Metnor Construction is one of four divisions of Metnor Group Ltd with project values typically ranging from £5-£50 million.  Committed to excellence, our quality led construction services are delivered to the highest standards by our experienced teams. Most importantly, our clients remain central to all we do. Taking the time to listen to their requirements, we carefully plan the right solutions which are then delivered to specification and budget.
