Metnor Construction has been involved in the leisure sector since 2003, our experience extending to new build developments, major extensions, the conversion of existing buildings, [some of which are listed heritage assets], and phased refurbishments.
Our portfolio of projects includes boutique and luxury hotels for major national chains as well as private country house hotels and we have worked with several leading hotel operators including; The De Vere Group, Hotel DuVin, Sleeperz Hotels, Aston Hotels and the Hilton Group. We have also completed bars and clubs, visitor centres and even carried out a casino fit-out.
We have completed projects on very restricted inner city sites and have carried out refurbishments to extremely tight programmes which have proved challenging but extremely rewarding when handed over. We have the necessary sector knowledge and experience to successfully deliver hotel and leisure projects consistently and exceed our client’s expectations.
We have been involved for several years in the construction of large multi-occupancy developments for diverse industry sectors all of which have a common requirement; they all demand inherently high quality standards, careful planning and close attention to detail.
